RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be point of contact when customers walk in. Must be friendly and greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Answer phones to assist customers with basic policy changes and payments
- Assist customers with claims
- Route customers to specific areas of the office depending on what they need
